Users are responsible for the content they upload, share, send, or communicate on Ofoty. You must ensure your activity on the platform follows these Terms, our safety standards, and applicable law.
Ofoty is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement under applicable law in your region, you must not use the platform.
We use automated systems and manual review to help detect harmful, abusive, illegal, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, spammy, or otherwise prohibited content.
We may take action against accounts or content that violate these Terms or platform rules. Actions may include warnings, content removal, reduced visibility, feature limitation, temporary restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.
Users may request deletion of their account through available app settings or account tools. After deletion, access to the account may be disabled and some profile, messaging, or user-generated content may be removed, anonymized, or no longer accessible, subject to technical, legal, fraud-prevention, and safety requirements.
