Please read these Terms carefully to understand the rules for using Ofoty, how content is moderated, and how features such as messaging, verification, reporting, advertising, and account deletion are handled.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ofoty, you agree to these Terms of Service and our platform rules. If you do not agree, you must not use Ofoty.
Ofoty is intended for users aged 13 and above, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your region. If you do not meet the required minimum age, you must not use the platform.
You are responsible for your activity on Ofoty and for the content you create, upload, share, send, or otherwise make available through the platform. You must ensure that your use of Ofoty complies with these Terms, our safety standards, and applicable law.
Usernames, display names, profile photos, bios, verification request details, and other profile information must not be abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, impersonating, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited. We may restrict, remove, or require changes to accounts or profile elements that violate these rules.
Users may request account verification or a blue tick through supported in-app features. Verification is not guaranteed and is granted only after review. Requests may be pending, approved, rejected, expired, revoked, or removed at any time based on authenticity, safety concerns, policy compliance, account behavior, or other platform review standards.
Providing false information, impersonating another person or brand, using misleading identity details, or otherwise misusing the verification system may result in rejection of the request, removal of verification, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity of the violation.
Users may create text posts and image posts through supported features. Eligible approved content will appear in your Profile’s Photo Section and the Global Feed. Not all uploaded content will be immediately visible to others; visibility depends on moderation approval (which may include manual review when automated checks are inconclusive), safety checks, and region-based settings. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates our community guidelines, safety standards, or legal requirements.
Some uploaded content, especially images, may be processed, compressed, queued, reviewed, or otherwise prepared before becoming visible or fully available on the platform. Content availability, ranking, and reach are never guaranteed.
Users can view posts from different Extensions or Handles within the app, and can view Trending Posts and photos from different countries.
Users may report objectionable content or entire handles through our in-app reporting tools. Reports are reviewed by our moderation systems and administrators to ensure the platform remains safe. If a report is found to involve a violation, the reported Handle may be banned depending on the severity of the issue.
When a user uploads a post (text or photo), the content is first checked by our AI moderation system. If the AI check fails or is inconclusive, the content is reviewed manually by our moderation panel, which may approve or reject it. Actions may include removing content, restricting profile visibility, or banning a Handle for serious violations. We also provide user-side controls, such as the ability to block other accounts.
You are solely responsible for the content you post on Ofoty. You must own or have the necessary permissions for any images or text you share.
Users may send direct text and image messages through supported messaging features. A message sent to someone you have not interacted with before is delivered as a message request; once the recipient accepts, further messages between you are delivered directly. Messaging must not be used for harassment, abuse, threats, spam, impersonation, fraud, illegal activity, or sharing prohibited content.
Ofoty provides users with tools to control their experience, including the ability to block other accounts. When a block is applied, messaging and certain interactions may be disabled or limited between the accounts.
Users may react to supported content and may have access to certain content-management actions, such as reporting or deleting their own eligible content, depending on the feature involved.
We may take action against accounts or content that violate these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law. Actions may include warnings, verification rejection, content removal, reduced visibility, feature limitation, temporary restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.
Users may request deletion of their account through in-app settings. To prevent abuse of the self-service deletion feature, the number of times an account may be deleted within a rolling period is limited. If this limit is exceeded, the account may be temporarily blocked from further use for a set number of days.
Even after account deletion or content removal, certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, platform security, investigation, or enforcement of our policies.
Some content, features, or visibility settings may vary by country, region, or technical limitations. We reserve the right to restrict, hide, or modify access to content and features based on local legal requirements or platform safety standards.
We may add, remove, pause, update, or modify features, tools, surfaces, or availability of parts of Ofoty at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or supported indefinitely.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, moderation requirements, legal obligations, safety practices, or operational changes. Continued use of Ofoty after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Ofoty may display advertisements, promotions, and sponsored content from businesses and individuals who directly partner with Ofoty. These ads are reviewed and placed by Ofoty; we do not use third-party ad networks. Your interactions with advertisers found on Ofoty are solely between you and the advertiser.
Ofoty is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ofoty, its administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ofoty and its creators from any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Ofoty Mail may allow a post to be created with multiple collaborating handles. By accepting a collaboration invitation, a user agrees to be listed as a co-author of that post.
